If you agreed on having regular pickup with your carrier this can be set on the customer number which this applies to.
When and where pickup occurs, you need to agree with the carrier before turning on "regular pickup"
How do you set up a regular pickup?
Regular pickup is set to the customer number.
To enter a regular pickup on the customer number, go to "Your Account" - "Transport Agreement"
Then search for the agreement where you want regular pickup and then click on the agreement.
Scroll down at the bottom of the page and under the heading "Communication." You will find the option to tick the "Regular pickup" box.
Save the setting and then it's done!
