In a Web-Ta Bas account you can only have one user - therefore you can not add more profile types. The one uses is named "Standard".
In a Web-TA Professional you can add more profiles.
In each profile, you can make settings that determine which profile will have access to what features on your account.
To add a new profile
Go to "Settings"
Under the heading "Company Admins" you will find "Profiles"
Click on "Profiles" and then "New Profile"
Now you can fill in the rights this profile shall have.
After creating the new profile type you need to change profile type on those user that you want it to be applied for. To do this go to "Settings" and the heading "Company Admin" - "Search"Select the user whose profile you want to change and go to "Settings" (Again)
Now you can edit the specific users profile.
Under the first heading "Account Settings" you will find "Profile" where you can select the profile you want the user to have.
Do not forget to save at the bottom of the page!
