The information sent to the carrier is determined by the settings on your transport agreement.
You can set your transport agreement yourself so that no booking is sent. To do this, enter the "Transport Agreement" menu under "Your Account". Then click on the transport agreement you want to change, tick "Regular pick up" and save. EDI Transport Instructions and Billing Information - will still be sent.
Note that you still have to "book" the shipment to print the shipping documents.
